Long before the pandemic, burnout, anxiety, and depression were at worryingly high levels within many staff sectors of the NHS and other professions.

Despite the opportunities available to us, many women are less happy now than ever before. We are expected to be many things to all people and this often leads to us becoming stuck on the ‘Superwoman merry-go-round’.

We often push through to the detriment of our health and well-being, with busy schedules and juggling our various commitments.

Recognising this and witnessing women feeling reluctant to step up into leadership roles for fear of burnout, Alison brings life and leadership coaching to help women step away from overwhelm and into a more energetic, joyful and fruitful life. Through a flexible, collaborative and blended coaching approach you will identify your needs, values and purpose and uncover a new, authentic way of being.

Are you ready to take the first step?


Dr Alison Sabine has worked in the NHS for more than 30 years. She is a Consultant Rheumatologist but her experience as a patient and as the parent of a patient has radically changed her view of the way we practice conventional medicine. She fears Doctors have become symptom managers and believes that instead they should be going upstream to find the root cause of people’s ill health. She became interested in how lifestyle change impacts our health and wellbeing and has trained as a Health Coach, Nordic Walking and Fitness Instructor and is now a Women’s Certified Coach and Trainer with One of Many™, recognising the importance of the mind body connection and considering the whole person, not simply individual systems.
